Founded in 2003, 12 months were spent prior to set up meeting up with SAP & HR Managers to discuss which areas of the recruitment process could agencies improve on.
The general feedback was that they were disillusioned by the poor service provided and the variations in the costs involved in hiring the same consultant from different agencies.
The 2 main areas identified was the recruitment consultants lack of knowledge and experience in SAP recruitment and the understanding and complexity of SAP and the technologies within and this resulted in CVs forwarded that did not match the clients' job specification and the other was qualifying the validity of the CV.
Our client management team are senior SAP recruiters, with over 6 years experience in resourcing and recruiting for Global SAP consultancies and end-user clients and all candidates/consultants registering with Swordfish for work are technically tested by retained SAP consultants with a minimum of 5 years experience in their respected field coupled with 3 years of work references which gives our clients the confidence that the profiles that we forward are not only available, but within budget and more importantly can complete the work as requested.
We work to a fixed margin of 12% for both contract and permanent introductions, this allows our clients to work with us in confidence that when we introduce SAP consultants there is no discreet charge for our service that is both professional and cost-effective.

We can also offer employers and candidates an alternative method of advertising vacancies and applying for roles on our career recruitment portal.
Clients, can simply register and advertise contract and permanent vacancies on the recruitment portal and receive the CVs and manage the response directly.
The recruitment portal also has a CV database which allows employers to search by country, skill-set, availability, salary, daily rate, recent employer etc. to source suitable candidates and to contact directly.
SAP Professionals can register and apply for roles directly and also upload their CV which will be viewed by 100's of potential SAP clients. It's easy to use and you have the option to stay anonymous until you decide to reveal your personal identity to your preferred potential employer.
